HTML, CSS, PHP, Dreameaver, Photoshop skills essential. Joomla familiarity will be an advantage as will understanding of current SEO issues.

Requirement subject to project demand and therefore may not be consistently full time.

For the person with the required skill set, extensive employment history is not a requirement. References will be required. Access to the workplace does involve steps and stairs which would be an impediment to a person with some particular mobility access requirements.
